Finishes and color

What is the difference between micro, mini, and regular pebble?

They are the same family at three aggregate sizes. Micro pebble is the smallest and reads closest to plaster underfoot. Mini pebble is the most-specified, with visible stone and the widest color range. Regular pebble is the largest, with the most grip and the most rugged natural read.

Does the same finish look the same in every pool?

No. The water color you see depends on the finish, the depth, your tile and deck, and the daylight. That is why each finish page shows a depth strip from one to eight feet, and why we ship free physical samples so you can confirm the read in your own light.

How do I choose a water color?

Pick the texture first, then let the finishes that produce the water read you want narrow the list. The water-color hubs group finishes by the color they land, and the depth strip shows how that color carries from the steps to the drop.

Samples and the QR loop

Are samples really free?

Yes. Request a sample box or individual finishes and they ship free, with no obligation to buy. A render only goes so far; the point is to check the surface and the color against your own light before you commit.

What is the QR code on the sample for?

Every physical sample carries a QR code. Scan it and it opens that finish page online, so the surface in your hand and the specs on the screen always match. No hunting for the right page.

Installs, applicators, and warranty

Can I buy Premium Pebble directly?

At launch the line is installed through approved applicators rather than sold over the counter. A retail path is coming. For now, find an approved applicator and they handle supply and install under the warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

A 10-year product warranty on the finish itself (color, bond, surface integrity) and a 5-year workmanship warranty on the install, carried by the approved applicator. The warranty page lays out exactly what each one covers and excludes.

Do I have to register the warranty?

No. The warranty applies to the install with no separate registration gate. Keep your install paperwork, but you do not have to fill out a card to be covered.
