Stated up front, in plain terms.
Two warranties, no fine-print games. A ten-year warranty on the product and a five-year warranty on the workmanship of an approved install. Here is exactly what each one does and does not cover.
On the finish itself: color, bond, and surface integrity.
On the install, carried by the approved applicator who did the work.
Covers and excludes, side by side.
Which warranty answers for what. A blank in both columns means it sits outside warranty coverage, usually because it comes from water chemistry or handling rather than the finish or the work.
| 10-year product | 5-year workmanship | |
|---|---|---|
| Color and surface integrity of the finish | Yes | No |
| Bond and delamination from the shell | Yes | No |
| Application quality and prep by the crew | No | Yes |
| Workmanship defects on the install | No | Yes |
| Damage from out-of-range water chemistry | No | No |
| Damage from neglect or improper startup | No | No |
| Normal aging, etching from chemistry, and staining from metals | No | No |
You do not register to be covered.
Some warranties only apply if you mail in a card on time. Ours does not work that way. The coverage applies to the install. Keep your paperwork, but there is no registration step standing between you and the warranty.
The workmanship warranty rides with the crew.
The five-year workmanship warranty is carried by the approved applicator who installed the finish. That is the point of the approved program: the crew that did the work is the crew on the hook for it. Choosing an approved applicator is what puts that warranty in place.
If something is wrong.
Start with the approved applicator who did your install. If the issue is with the product rather than the work, they coordinate the product claim with us. Have your install date, the finish, and clear photos ready, and the process moves faster.

Do I have to register to get the warranty?
No. The warranty applies to the install with no separate registration gate. Keep your install paperwork and any receipts, but you do not have to fill out a registration card to be covered.
What is the difference between the two warranties?
The 10-year product warranty covers the finish itself: its color, its bond to the shell, and its surface integrity. The 5-year workmanship warranty covers the install: the prep and application by the approved applicator. One is on the product, the other is on the work.
What can void coverage?
Water chemistry kept outside the published NPC ranges, improper startup, neglect, and damage from outside the finish itself (metal staining, ground movement, abuse) are not covered. The care guide spells out the chemistry targets and the first-28-day startup.
How do I make a claim?
Start with the approved applicator who did the install. If the issue is with the product rather than the work, they coordinate the product claim with us. Have your install date, your finish, and photos ready.
Every Premium Pebble finish carries a ten-year warranty on the product itself. Color, bond, and surface integrity, registered to the install.
Installs go through trained, approved applicators who carry a five-year workmanship warranty on the work they do. The right crew, on the hook.
